If you need the whole website to be designed for your selection process that would be time consuming. I'm afraid designing the whole thing only to find out just to be eliminated the next day you open your computer. Designing your whole site would be equicvalent to participating in 20 kinds of website contest submitting only homepage for selection. Please advice on what you want us to do in your selection process. Thanks

Let me as clear as posible. THE HOME PAGE, will be the selection procces.
All the designs that we considere good, or worthy will be ask to start working in the nex page, whats the next page. Wrll simple the Division section, this division will be done the same, with diferent info for ever of the 3 divisions in the company, so that will brake you No sweat, then the We are hiring, the tecnologys and the informacion section will be terryble simple, the real pain is the code. Becouse we are paing for all the web code that comes with de design.

If you feel that 1,000 dls. Are not wearth the work. Please be my guest, and dont submit the home page design.
Youst for you to know, the Picture submited with the design, was done by the CFO.... In 45 Seg... The cfo.... Really.
So i do belive that the design he is asking for... Its really not that hard.
The real work for us, will be prepering all the information that will go in in the 3 diferent sections of the company... So please, if tou dont think that a 20 minut design with an edge for the home page is wearth it, i see no reason for us to keep talking.
This is design crowd. And we have manage 7 proyects.
Its possible that the designer that wins. Ends up doing work for us in the future. As 45 designers in our pay roll, all ready do. Its just a shame they dont know how to code.

Dear Project Owner, I submitted a design straight after you invited me. Still didn't get any feedback. Do you still like my design or shall I work on something different? Thanks
