1. Do you need the front, back cover and the spine designed? Or just the front cover?
2. What is the dimension of the book?
3. Beside the title, what other text need to be on the cover? A short description and your name perhaps?

without your feedback - not some comments here but as response to each design - there can be no improvement. So, you can extend the time a few times and keep hoping that something, someday, somewhere will pop up , or start communicating with us. I?m sure that`s not to much too ask, especially since we are trying to do our best for Y O U

On back page I think you can keep it blank or continue similar design as front cover on back cover

Your contest brief clearly stated you wand front, Spline, and Back for your book cover. And the size is 6" x 9". However, what is missing is what text you would like to see on the back; description of book, author biography, author picture, etc.

Any additional information you can give us will likely produce better designs for you...
