Logo Design Brief

I do commercial and eminent domain appraisals. I have a current logo, but would like to try something new. Please do not send anything related to residential appraising. That is not what I do. My main workload is appraising land or buildings that the Texas Department of Transportation, a local municipality, or an utility company that needs to acquire private land for public use. Mainly the public use is expansion or construction of a new roadway, or installation of new water, sewer, or electrical lines. MOst companies in my field use thier name and I want to stay away from that. Looking for something simple, but powerful. I will use the logo on all my appraisals as either a header or footer, as well letterhead and other items
