Catalogue Design Brief

We are a small, family owned/operated international smoker oven manufacturer known for our end products and customer service. Our products include residential smokers, residential pellet grills, competition barbecue smokers, commercial smokers, commercial charbroilers, grilling and smoker accessories, sauces, spices, woods and food grade pellets. We have 6 international distributors and ship products everywhere.
Up until now, we have used individual spec sheets and a customized folder to send out information to prospects and we would like to move over to a catalog design.
We would like the final design to include red and our logo. The inside of the catalog is not as important to us as the cover, but we would like something that flows well. We like using food pictures as attention grabbers but also need balance so people who see our catalog do not think we are a restaurant. The end catalog will be about 20 pages.
