Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a fresh new logo for a company that is in Northern California and Southern Maryland (both coasts!) primarily operating out of a CrossFit Gym. We are a unique physical therapy clinic that tends towards high level athletes in CrossFit and Olympic weight lifting, as well as running, all sports, and the general population. I'd love to see designs that incorporate a 'gear' or pivots with teals/blues/greens/black/grey. The final design should be eye catching, easily printed on clothing.

Nice to have

• My current logo is a 'gear' man running, which is nice, but not able to print or embroider onto shirts/clothing/etc because it is very intricate. I wouldn't mind keeping the same kind of concept.
