Logo Design Brief

This is a logo for a veterinary clinic. We are looking for a more artsy rather than cutesy, vet clinic logo. We are trying to avoid the cliche paw print logos that all of the other clinics have. Animal silhouettes are OK. All the others vet clinics have paw prints and heart shapes. I would like to avoid that if possible. This log is going to go onto a small patch on a cycling team's jersey. It would be nice if it were easy to recognize while a cyclist was moving (probably not likely). The clinic has paintings of animals dressed as celebrities. We have prints of animals in Star Wars characters. We are a bit nerdy and comical.

Requirements

Must have

• The name Lakemont Village Veterinary Hospital possible OR the website, www.lakemontvillagevet.com. I know that it is a long name and shortening it might be OK. I think that a logo that is more edgy but humorous would set us apart from the rest of the practices. The name of the practice could be abbreviated to LVVH as long as there is also a website address.

Nice to have

• The words "Science Based Veterinary Care." Maybe the website address and the phrase " science based Care."

Should not have

• No heart shapes. Not too cute or sappy.
