Logo Design Brief

We are opening a new restaurant and bar called the Upper Nyack Grill. It will be serving American style food. Looking for a logo that is tasteful and understated. The logo will be used on the sign for the restaurant as well as the website and uniforms.
For design elements, please consider that the restaurant overlooks a very nice river, will serve food such as steaks and burgers, and will have a bar, so maybe a traditional martini glass with an olive in it and a steak on a plate or hamburger.
