Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Real Estate and Business Investment Company. This company primarily buys run down houses and renovates them for either rentals or for sale to first-time home buyers. The company will eventually start, purchase or invest in other business to see them become profitable while at the same time developing the people working in the businesses.

Our hope is that the final logo evoke feelings of stability and trust without being boring.

Our goal is to evoke trust so that a potential owner wants to sell to us. We want to communicate stability without coming across as having tons of money to buy someone's house or business, because we do not have tons of money. We work really really hard and have a lot of integrity. We will succeed because of sheer grit and ingenuity.
