Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my own personal real estate brand - Richie Staunton Real Estate. I work for Harcourts but I also want to promote myself along with the Harcourts brand. Before joining the real estate industry I spent 10 years in the Royal New Zealand Air Force and I would like to make that known if possible. I'd like to use simple colours, mainly blacks and blues, nothing too bright. I'd also like to make clear my commitment to helping people with a slogan along the lines of "committed, not just interested"
