Wordpress Design Brief

One home for rent. Would like to display pictures of the property and allow the candidates to apply online via the website. The application for the tenants must be able to be edited if I wish to change the questions, delete a question, or add a new one. I would also like to use Paypal to charge the candidates a fee to apply to rent the property. Most of the website will be photos displaying the property. But also need to include some basic property details, contact info and the above mentioned application process. I've included a website that I like, but please bring your own ideas!
