i sent two responsed to my two favorite designs, then spoke with someone on chat, but they disappeard and now it seems i have unknowingly choosen a winner, when i actually like two completely separate designs, and was talkeing the customer chat agent, but then the chat went poof, and i cannot get it back :0(

FYI, not sure what happened but like two designs for various reasons and clientele....please advise
