3D Design Brief

We need a 3D rendering of 4 storage units that we are proposing to build to present to the Planning Board - Two - 20 x 140 units and Two - 30 x 140. The town is very rural and not particularly happy about the thought of the site of these buildings, however, my husband has been a builder in our area for 25 years and his specialty is to build new to look old. We are proposing to the board that the facades that will be facing the street will not look like storage units at all. We would like to make each front look like an old building, barn, or home to appeal to this community. Is this even something you do? Picture supplied of the 7 storage units is just an example of what an "average store unit" looks like. Also we are only doing 4 all next to each other not 7.

• 4 storage units with facades showing, simple but nice landscaping. I chose colors below. Wasn't able to chose every color I would like. Colors of the actual storage units we are hoping for off white and black or off white and green. Facades will depend on what we decide to create
