Or you want a mug shape designed which you will get manufactured?
Do you want 3d cad file? Or you want 2d image with 3d effects? As jpg or pdf format?
What kind of box? Can you show examples of what you are looking for?

not printed...manfactutured propbably something that cannot be copied easily..
I guess, 3d cad is better, where a manufacturer can see details easily..as jpg could be fine.
