Logo Design Brief

I have attached a basic sketch to work off of. We want the logo to look like a meeting place under or around a tree in an African Village. I like it to be based off the tree sketch we already have provided, its a stylized version of a Baobab tree. I'm sure designers can improve on it. It should have broad appeal, and appear friendly and inviting. The restaurant will have a very diverse crowd, with an international menu.
