Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a property development business. JPG properties is the head business that develops land and sells it to people. An example of a business similar to ours is www.stockland.com.au Stockland has its own branding and each property that Stockland develops has its own branding but also has the Stockland logo on it.

We are chasing a professional and clean looking logo which must contain the words JPG Properties. We don't want a logo that has too much detail or too many colours.

We are thinking of colours in the silver/grey or blue (we are open to other suggestions) however it must be able to be printed on different background colours as each estate we develop will have its own branding but will still contain the JPG properties logo. It also needs to be able to be printed on different types of media from print (business cards/letterhead/signange etc.) to online (website/social meadia sites/emails etc.)

Requirements

Must have

• Must be able to be printed on a variety of different colour backgrounds.
• Must be clean & professional logo

Nice to have

• It would be nice to have the logo able to be on one line "JPG properties" or over two lines with "JPG" on the first line and "Properties" on the second line as some branding will be long for example along the front of the building façade and some will be shorter. This is not critical though.

Should not have

• We don't want a complex design or one with too many colours. We don't want a house or buildings/skyscrapers in the logo.
