Logo Design Brief

I need a new colorful logo with the words TOOTH FAIRY GIFT CARD for use on standard size plastic debit cards. The logo must have two identical samples with the difference being ® after one image and a ™ after the other. We first have to submit the image with the ™ and later submit the image with the ®. The logo you design will be submitted to the USPTO in an application for a Design Mark. We already have a Word Mark.

Requirements

Must have

• Logo must fit on top fourth of a standard debit or credit card. Please refer to any standard size plastic credit card or debit card like VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Must submit two identical designs, one with a capital TM indicating Trademark and the other.with a capital R in a circle indicating Registered Trademark. The TM and R must be positioned after the letter D in the word Card.

Nice to have

• creative colorful design that incorporates the words: Tooth Fairy Gift Card with either a tooth fairy, tooth, Gift box or any combination of these elements. Rest of card could have a light background over which banks emboss 16 digit card number.
• along with expiration date.
