What do you mean by guarantee payment? would that be the option with no refund?

i am trying this platform for the first time, so i am not sure about that option quite yet.

Hi Sam,

No worries, a lot of clients here are new and don't really know how it works.

Basically, if you guarantee the payment, you will get way more design because this way there is more chance for designer to get pay.

The no refund option is the one you need to select. There will be a new blue icon in the brief that will let designers know that it's guarantee.
