Logo Design Brief

We are merging with another company and in need of a new design for our logo and later our website.
The other company's logo attached also... the new logo should be easily recognizable.
We are mainly dealing with support of Microsoft products (Office 365 and Azure), perhaps this should be incorporated in the logo.

Project Deadline Extended Reason: Hi,None of the design are really displaying the fact that we are an IT company who is doing Microsoft Cloud business..
