I'll leave that to you. Those dimensions were width x height, it's a stand up lengthwise banner if you can make it look good with just the logo, go for it. If you want to add graphics or text that is ok as well. We sell roses at university graduations as a topic for additional material.

I uploaded the EPS file, please make sure "flowers for your graduate" is removed in any potential design. Thanks.
