Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a solo attorney law practice concentrating on personal injury litigation in South Texas. Final design should not communicate stogy traditional attorney icons. I'd like to see a contemporary influenced design. Use "MLO" with Moss Law Office. I don't know what else to put in here so I hope this fills your minimum description because If I knew what I wanted, I wouldn't try to come up with a design in this manner. Is this enough to get to the next stage?
