Newspaper Ad Design Brief

We are looking to run an Ad in The London Metro newspaper to promote our business and boost our private events.
The specifications are - format: A hires. jpeg measurements: 20x3 (240mm high x 151 mm) There should be empasis on the social media, food and logo. We are looking to have a simple promotion, maybe with a keyword, that potential customers can quote and receive 10% off. This offer would expire end of March 2017.
