Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a business centre based in Reading. It will house 200 different companies from a variety of industries but mostly the creative and tech sectors. We want a logo that is not too corporate but suggests stability that would appeal to entrepreneurs. Blue and Green should be the dominant colours. A combination mark would be ideal.
