Logo Design Brief

I am in need of a logo for my new Creative Agency. The name of the company is 3Kangaroos. The agency does creative services such as marketing, advertising, PR, digital, social media, consulting, event planning, etc. With that said, the logo I am looking for should be creative (hello!), outside the box, eye catching, bold colors, reflect the nature of services I deliver and actually have the kangaroos in it. Why the kangaroos? They represent my three children. My kids are my everything and huge inspiration, the reason I live and work. When they were very little my wife and I won three stuffed kangaroo toys (they were brown and beige colors) at a Luna Park and since then these 3 kangaroos represent my children. The word 3Kangaroos should be incorporated in the logo. I am just starting my company so the budget for this is very limited, hope you understand. Thank you.
