Logo Design Brief

CT Labs is a software company that specializes in the cruise industry. The logo should be recognizable, can be used on logo items, clean, representing waves or ships of some sort. Colors as in the attached logo for venturo. "Labs" should be in the logo but can be removed easily. Not something too complicated. Should work on light or dark backgrounds (as in attached logo example).
