Tennessee811, the nonprofit "Call Before You Dig" service, partners with distribution and transmission pipeline operators in the state to carry out public awareness events. The program is called PIPE, which stands for Partners In Protecting Everyone. The program targets excavators, emergency responders, and public officials to educate them regarding damage prevention and incident management. We need a logo to standardize the brand of our program - the attached file may assist you in getting started, but we're not currently committed to the design.
