Logo Design Brief

Need logo design for Kymeris Therapeutics Inc., a new biotechnology firm specialized in therapy for human diseases using live organisms with or without genetic modification:
* Available in vector form (scalable without loss of detail) and in various standard image formats and sizes.
* The logo should be eye-catching and bold but tasteful.
* The logo should look good in Color, Black and White/Greyscale
* Inspiration is the mythical creature, the Chimera, a creature composed of parts of different animals, sometimes with two or more different heads.
- Image should preferably an original design for this project
- Design should not resemble any existing logos and not prompt complaints of plagiarism.

Requirements

Must have

• 0) All reproduction rights, either already paid for licence or an original creation for this project.
• 1) Inspiration is the Chimera. a mythical creature composed of parts of different animals, sometimes with two or more heads of different species.
• 2) Dark Navy Blue or Black as one color. Two or more contrasting or complementary colors are acceptable
• 3) Should look recognizable in B&W, Greyscale or Color.
• 4) Should convey Dynamism, Focus, Movement (moving left-to-right, in flight, running or jumping; all eyes forward)
• 5) Should be bold and easily recognizable.
• 6) Should be modern, clean-lined even abstract (not “literal”)

Nice to have

• 1) Look harmonious in a circle or square frame.
• 2) Original, unique
• 3) Frame or elements that can be raised print

Should not have

• 1) Not resemble Pegasus, Griffon or Dragon, but a combination of at least 2.
• 2) Too many colors or pale colors
• 3) Not appear cartoonish, facetious.
• 4) Not be fussy, over ornate
• 5) Not appear “corny” (I.e. not old fashioned, lacking in subtlety or copycat
• 6) Not provoke derision
