Book Cover Design Brief

Each year I put out a new Police Officer Law Book. I'm looking for a new design for 2017. I like to change the look each year. I've included the last couple of years versions as samples along with my logos. I like the 2016 version much better than the 2016. Incorporating an actual image is a plus. The book is also geared specifically to Massachusetts Police Officers.
