Web Design Brief

I need a consistent design I can use for publications. I am a leadership coach as well as a team coach and I also am a pretty good facilitator. I am to help people be their best both as individuals and as teams so as I enter semi-retirement I've been writing short articles to support my business. The final design should be flexible and elegant so you can tell the difference between different articles. It should also communicate confidence, energy and expertise and invite you to read further. I love blue and have attached my current logo. Not wedded to using it but clients recognise it and am sure someone clever can do something interesting with it
