Web Design Brief

We are in need of an application UI Design for a single web application page. We currently have a web based .net application that we are upgrading using Kendo UI and Angular. We have completed the wire frame and some of the functionality but we are now in need of a designer to provide an upgraded look/feel to the page.

The project will be two phases, with possible future ongoing hourly work depending on results.

Phase 1:
Take the current provided application page and create a design update for the panels, buttons, colors, etc. The output should be an HTML page. The underlying application code will use Kendo UI controls on Angular.

Phase 2:
Once we have decided on a final design we will need 10 color/skin variations designed. We will take the 10 skins and code them into css layers in Kendo for user selected skin changes. The output of this phase will be 10 HTML pages with images/colors to support the css layers development.
