Logo Design Brief

I'd like a logotype for my company that is a service and consulting provider in the field of data analytics, visualization, big data and reporting.

Key word is INSIGHTS and the name of the company is Insiteam - phonetic for insight(t)eam. Our specialty is connecting business with technology through innovating and restructuring business processes based on data and analytics that produce valuable and actionable insights.

I'd like the logo to be based on blue color (slight shift towards green spectrum might work too?), that is more minimalist than not.

Please note that the TEAM in the company name is NOT the main point. Main point are insights (=INSITE) written phonetically (kind of :)).
