Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a cloud product that is designed to allow invoices to be added, reviewed and approved online. This product will be the first in a line of cloud products. i think the cloud aspect is the most important thing to convey in the logo.

-The Stratus AP service enables businesses to electronically manage invoices sent from multiple companies through a workflow. It provides a way for companies to input invoices, put meta data around invoices, send invoices through a workflow for approval by one or multiple people with the company.

Target Market(s)

We are targeting businesses that have trouble managing invoices through paper or with less advanced electronic systems today. This system should eliminate the need for paper invoice tracking and approvals.

• - We want to really emphasize that we are a cloud based company. So cloud somehow incorporated into the design with some type of paper possibly. I think a good blue would be preferred. I like hex code: #188AE2 (R: 24, G:138, B: 226).
