T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for Tshirt / hoody design for the Alberta Oil boys. I am imagining something with skulls, guns, oil rigs that has a biker / gangster feel. It has to be bad ass and appeal to the male demographic. Thinking more of a biker outlaw than a western outlaw. Must be masculine and almost like a tattoo design. Making some shirts for the guys at work and need your help. I am probably looking to have this printed at a shop as I generally do screen printing at home but do basic designs.
