Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a real estate company based out of Chennai / Madras in India. We are into development of residential, commercial and IT complex's. Our company "RAMS" has been in this line of business for more than 40 years. We are a trusted name in the real estate estate segment over here and need a new logo design to refurbish ourselves as one of the top real estate developers here amongst competition.
About our existing logo; Since inception, we have used the name RAMS in Copper Black font (bold / red color ) as our logo for all our projects. Hence we would like to continue with the same font / color (RAMS) incorporated with a new logo design and tagline ( submissions with a tagline for construction would be given preference over others ) but we welcome all design entries for our company.
Logo should be simple and should project what we strongly believe in i.e. quality construction, on time delivery, financial integrity & transparency.
The same logo would be displayed on all our constructions.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Firstly, many thanks to all the designers for taking the time / effort to be a part of our re-branding exercise.
We would like to inform you that, we would be changing our deadline to the 10th of December 2011 because our management team would only be available to take up this project by early next week.
