Logo Design Brief

Hi, we are an NPO aiming to foster innovation driven social growth in Italy. Our name is ixitaly (you should pronounce it as Hyper Italy), on our website (www.ixitaly.com) you can look at our logo.
We are about to launch or first real product which is a coaching path for young entrepreneurs lasting 5 weeks. It is about class lessons, startup laboratories and coaching sessions.
The produce name is: hacking market. We need a logo for it and, of course, we would like you to use Italian flag colors: red, white and green.
