Logo Design Brief

I am looking to update our current Logo, which I am able to email or share. It is currently a stick-figure man who is bending forward, with a hand reaching for his low back, as if he is in pain. I would like a shift forward from this design to a more positive indication of what PT really is (returning to function and movement). It should be fairly simple.
