Logo Design Brief

Our church is in the process of re-branding our image. Currently we have used the company that prints our bulletin to work on our logo. The logos they have provided are not exciting and do not instill any positive emotion in us. The colors we would like to use are blue and orange to get a pop of color.

I am including the logos that they provided to us (pdf file) and the samples that I gave to them. We would like to have the tagline "Living Our Faith" incorporated into the logo.

I am also including another sample that was suggested to me. It is of a swooping dove with the parish name and tag line. If you could change out the dove for an angel wing for us to see, that would be great (publisher file). The idea is of a swooshing sense of motion, nothing concrete. The typefaces in the sample are not what we want, just what I was able to use with Microsoft. The typefaces that we would like are Corbel and Poor Richard or something similar.

Our parish mission is: To develop Christian disciples who spread the Good News, serve others and welcome all with care and compassion.
