T-shirt Design Brief

Need a T-shirt design for a Goal Setting, Time Management and Nutrition Workshop hosted by 2 time CrossFit Games Teen Athlete, Brooklin Smith. You can Google her, visit her website at www.muscleupgirl.com and/or instagram @brooklin__smith_
She is a 15 yo teen athlete who is well known in the fitness/CrossFit community, she is the 5th Fittest 14/15 yo teen in the World. She has over 18k followers on Instagram and gets messages all the time asking how she manages school, homework, CrossFit and what she eats. The workshop will be interactive and go over the details of each of those. Her mantra is "Remember Your Focus". Each person who registers will get a T-shirt. We are looking for a cool design that represents Brooklin and her mantra that would be fitting for this workshop.
