CD Cover Design Brief

Hello I'm Aldo Marachlian, I'm comedian who recorded a CD at HA Comedy Club in Yonkers (Please put that on CD somewhere)

So I guess put my name on cd and then the title Shoehorns & Spatulas.

Looking for a cool looking cd cover design which would include my picture.
I'm also including my logo if you can put that somewhere on the cd.

Please put The Parental Advisory Label in the front.
