Web Design Brief

We need a initial web design for our page wsresolve.com.au (which is not yet set up).

We provide consulting services for all kinds of problems in and between organisations.

Main focus is on conflict resolution but we also support companies on improving their operational performance.

We want to have the following page structure (and part of the project is to design the 8 pages):
- Home
- Services (we offer 3 main service areas - one per page)
- Case studies (one per page)
- Engaging us (our process)
- About Conflict & low performance
- Conflict resolution App
- About
- Contact (Email form)
- Our logo should be on each page.

The start page should include the following information:
- Twitter / Linkedin / facebook/ google + Links
- Telephone / Email or in general contact details
- News
- A quite prominent picture box with 3 alternating pics - each representing one of our service areas
- Link to our App
- Testimonials

It would be nice if the service pages would have an image header. Links to the information section (about conflict & low performance; and the app page) would be nice as well.

No need to copy it, it should just give you an idea.
We like the layout here with the picture and space for the case studies on the left. Somewhere beneath should be the 3 service areas with a picture each.

In terms of colors: our logo colours are Blue (RBG 8;44;80) and Orange (RGB 231;120;23). The orange could be used to emphasise certain things, however there should not be too much color.

Budget for images available, so please use placeholders or ask us for specific photos/images, if you need them for your design.

Target Market(s)

- target customers are all different kinds of businesses and organisations (all industries, government, non-for-profit, ...) experiencing conflict and tension - be it with internal staff, amongst managers or board members, dysfunctional teams, between organizations or customers and organizations... examples could be bullying allegations, governmental negotiations with unions, disputes within organizations etc.
- also we will offer performance improvement services for organizations
- we will offer mediation, facilitation, negotiation, performance improvement services, conflict coaching, conflict management, change management services
- if comparable to anything - then to a law firm in terms of dealing with conflicts but its much less adversarial and much more about the people and their interests rather than about laws
- basically it's all kind of things you can do in order to solve disputes without involving lawyers and a court - so it's much cheaper and target is to find a solution all parties can live with rather than having a judge deciding about who wins and who looses
- performance management is more about analysing reasons for a lack of performance and setting up continous improvement systems, supporting change management, facilitating improvement workshops or strategic meetings, ...
