Flyer Design Brief

Once Upon A Dream Productions needs a movie poster for their most recent film titled "Another Day In Paradise." The film is a family friendly drama, filled with quirky characters, real life experiences and comic relief.

The film takes place at a water park, with a wave pool that can be surfed. Thus, the theme of our branding, and specifically this poster, we would like to be surf themed.

Requirements

Must have

• Of course, as will most posters, the winning design that is chosen must communicate what the entire film is about in one image. When someone is walking by, we want the poster to catch their attention. This said, the trailer is attached to this project for you to watch and get an idea of what the film is about.
• Attached is the desired font that needs to be used. Also, attached are all of the characters that need to be in poster. The files named "Autumn" and "Madeline Paige" are photos of the two main characters. They are the highlight of this poster, and need to be shown as such. At the top of the poster it needs to say their names, which are "Autumn Patterson" and "Madeline Paige Patterson". The file labeled "Jeffery" is the father of the two main characters. He also needs to be shown in the movie poster, however, being that he not the main characters, he can be sort of in the back with the others. He was not shot on the green screen, and all we have is a few BTS photos all labeled with a "jeffery" to choose from. He must be featured on the poster.
• Also, attached are 3 backgrounds to choose from. Your also welcome to create or use one of your own background if you would like to.
• Also attached, is the desired font to use for the poster, and for the main title.
• Attached is a .png of the title of the film, as well.
• You are not limited to just these files. Feel free to add any other graphics you feel may fit the theme.
• Reach out to afranz@onceuponadreamproductions.com if you have questions! Also, be to sure to deliver the final file in an editable .psd or Adobe illustrator, 27" x 41" at 300dpi. When showing us the final version, before being awarded the project, you may upload a .jpeg to view, before delivering the final poster. If you need inspiration, or an idea on the standard of movie posters, feel free to look at others for inspiration.

Nice to have

• Feel free to try out any and all of your ideas, as long as they meet the criteria! We're excited to see what you can create! Really want to see this poster centered around the twin girls. The film standard is to have HELVETICA text, so if you could add the names "AUTUMN PATTERSON" and "MADELINE PAIGE PATTERSON" on the top, that would be great!
