Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our construction company based in Boston. The name of our business is 'Skyline Builders'. We are a high-end builder specializing in high-end residential construction in Boston and the greater Boston area. We are looking for a professional, sleek, modern logo. We like a gray/silver font on a black background and orange, yellow or lime green (Please do not use a combination of those colors - just silver, black and 1 color) for our logo. Please avoid using tall building/skyscrapers or a city skyline as we are a residential builder and we do now want to mislead customers that we build high-rise/commercial buildings. We chose the name skyline because most of clients live in Boston or the Boston area. Please avoid using a roof above "Skyline Builders" as it is very common in other contractor logos and we are looking for something more simple, sleek, and modern. Please include the phrase "Fine Residential Construction" in the logo.
