Logo Design Brief

We are rebranding our family cattle ranch located in Oregon, and are in need of a new logo.

We'd like to keep the same red/burgundy ring style of the logo, but with an updated ranch name:
"B Bar K Ranch"
"B-K Cascade Ranch"
"B Bar K Cascade Ranch"
"B Bar K Cattle Company"
the bottom of the ring should read:
"Lake Creek, Oregon"

We'd like to change out the center to show an angus or hereford bull, as that is the cattle we raise. If at all possible, the logo sould include the branding used on the cattle (^CR).
