Logo Design Brief

My company is called Cloud Bookkeeping Services. I want a new logo that is crisp, clean, professional with the use of a cloud. I like blues. If you want to look at my website (www.CloudBookkeepingServices.ca) for my colours as this logo will need to be able to replace the existing one on my banner as well as on my business card. I have attached my current business card. I would ideally like the logo to match existing colour schemes and be suitable for all types of backgrounds. (blank white paper, business card and website. As my business name states, I own a professional bookkeeping service that specializes in cloud based accounting platforms.
