I find your project very interesting. Could you please add a bit more information on maybe what sort of chapters you have in your book so the graphics actually reflects the content.

Hi Maria,

Thank you for your question and interest in the project. The chapters are from the different areas of Denmark we travel through, and their influence and history of beer and food. We go back 5000 years as the first beer was brewed in Danmark, but mostly about what is happening in the beer revolution today. We look at the ingredients of beer. water, hops, malt and yeast, and how they are made today in Denmark. We talk about sustainability in the making this today.

We eat local food that was popular years back. Different fish, beer ribs, deviled eggs, and so on.

It is travel, food, beer and recipes. We are going for the rustic feel.
