Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for our organizations. We are eight nature research institutions in Iceland, located around the country. But we are together in associations and have a joint website. "sns.is". When the organization was founded some years ago there was made a simple logo, but now we want to get permanent logo. The institutions do research all possible things in the nature such as birds, glaciers, insects and animals.
