Logo Design Brief

We need a creative logo design for our Toronto-based real estate firm: B.A.R
We'd like the logo to convey our commitment to high-quality / high-end design-build housing projects that range from high-end personal residences to high-end and unique multi-residential houses. Additionally, BAR offers financing to real estate ventures in Toronto.
We would like to see designs that capture people's interest but also leave an element of mystery that inspires readers to follow up with us by phone or email.
The logo shouldn't be busy but rather classy and simple/elegance. We would like to see the use of crisp Gray or Navy/French Blue with modern, bold white lettering. Beneath the B.A.R name, please include reference to our three service offerings: Custom, Community and Capital. Please note that BAR could be spelled BAR; B.A.R; B-A-R...

Finally, we aren't committed to the name "BAR". We would also consider "BRIAD" as another option. Please provide logo designs that show either option - BAR or BRIAD.

One idea we played with is showing how BAR "raises the Bar" on real estate ventures in Toronto, or that it is "bar-none"...

Requirements

Must have

• Logo must include our name as "BAR" or "BRIAD" and reference to our three service offerings: Custom, Community, Capital. It should not be busy but rather elegant and simple. It should use crisp, bold, simple and modern text.

Nice to have

• Crisp gray or Navy/French Navy background. Indication of real estate service area (primarily design build homes).

Should not have

• Busy logo. Colourful.
