Logo Design Brief

I'm in the process of re-branding my business (formerly FadedFocus Photography) to Jack Salzke Photographer. I'd like for my main logo to be my initials (JS) with Jack Salzke Photographer written underneath.

I like quite simple and clean designs with a clever twist (http://pin.it/v9vXGJQ). What I don't like is cheesy icons, busy fonts, or multiple colours.
