Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new construction/contracting business in the Washington DC area. We do major construction renovation, remodeling and designing residential homes and projects.
We would like a logo to put on our banners which we will order to put outside the work sites such as on the front lawn, front yard, side of the house, on the windows of the house (while its under construction)
the goal is for other contractors, city officials, people living in the area, and drivers driving by the house under construction to see the sign and the logo and quickly register/remember the name and the logo.
The wording should be C.F. Construction
