Logo Design Brief

I need a simple, but memoriable and professional logo designed for a brand new consulting company called Authentic Growth, LLC. The clients can be small to mid size companies that need to determine new revenue strategies for growing their business. The name is a bit of a play on words for the businesses we serve and me as an independent contractor vs. the many roles I have had. Requirements

Must have

• Must be high class business professional. My work is more mentally strategic than creative (not artsy), but would like it to unique and memorable. The design crowd order also include the building of a logo which would then be on the card.
• I do want a picture logo, not only lettering of the name, but that can ideally use the name or initials as the graphic

Nice to have

• I would like to incorporate the color purple and gray if possible in a professional look.
• I am really liking the designed that incorporate an arrow or upward trajectory in the capital A. Here is a good example.

Should not have

• Anything too whimsical. I want the business to have a professional, very intellectual, but elegant feel.
