Poster Design Brief

I am the Writer/Director of an upcoming short film called "Nostalgia" and I need a 20x30 poster for the project screening. The screening is coming up very soon so apologies for the quick turnaround time. Here is a short synopsis:

"Jack is a mysterious man who is lost and disoriented. With the help of Evelyn, he searches for items out of an old diary written long ago by a woman named Nancy, despite not understanding exactly why he does so. Evelyn helps, but when they are unsuccessful she confronts Jack: Does he know why he restlessly searches for these items? The truth is shocking, and reveals Jack's connections to Evelyn, Nancy, and the strange old diary.

The truth is that Jack is actually an old man, and Evelyn is his caretaker and granddaughter. His memories, including those of Nancy, his deceased wife, have been destroyed by Dementia. He often wakes believing himself to be at an earlier stage of his life, and therefore meets many of the challenges of life with anger and confusion."

The design should be dark and simple. I'm a fan of the art-prints that this short film used (scroll down to see): http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/stephenheleker/smoke-a-short-film-based-on-the-story-by-alan-heat but I'm also open to other ideas. If you google "alternative movie posters" you'll see what I mean. The poster should be simple, easy to read, and hint at the themes of the film without giving the twist away.

  Second line: music by IAN HUGHES director of photography BRANDON J. GARCIA edited by NATHAN DAN costume designer FELEICIA MARTIN
  Third line: produced by ROSE MENDONCA PATRICK FORD written and directed by PATRICK FORD
  
  It should have the title of the film "Nostalgia" and "A film by Patrick Ford" on the poster (in addition to the text at the bottom.
  
  It must be high-quality and printable to a size of 20x30. Ideal resolution is 6060x9090. I only need the high quality printable file, I will do the printing myself.
